Our journey began with a simple yet powerful mission — to make Scrum Mastery practical, accessible, and career-focused.
Easy Agile Learning was founded by Mr. Ram, an experienced Agile practitioner and mentor. The foundation of this platform was laid with a single success story.
Success Story: Chitra
Chitra, a professional working in Australia, aspired to return to India and build her career as a Scrum Master. She connected with Mr. Ram through LinkedIn, seeking guidance and clarity. Through just 2–3 focused mentoring sessions, Mr. Ram helped her master Scrum concepts, interview strategies, and real-world Agile practices.
With this guidance, Chitra successfully cracked multiple virtual interviews from Australia and secured Scrum Master offers even before returning to India.
Inspired by her success, four of her friends approached Mr. Ram for mentorship — all of them secured Scrum Master roles within a month. Word spread quickly, and within three months, over 50 professionals joined the mentoring program, with more than half achieving placements.
